You are NOT developing dementia. Dementia at 20 is literally unheard of. It's just your anxiety.
Cognitive issues like those you are describing are typical of DP/DR. They are likely nonprogressive (they're likely to get better with time, actually) and won't render you completely unable to cope with daily life like dementia would. The more you focus on them and the more you fear them, the worse they get. Panic attacks are one of the worst triggers for brain fog.

And yes, you can be able to experience emotions and still have DPDR. Affective flatness is not required for this diagnosis. I don't have it at all, for example, except for when I'm panicked or in shock (which is actually normal for healthy people as well)
