Does anyone feel like they don't understand anything? Like you don't understand reailty?

It's hard to put in words, but does anyone relate? Is this normal for DR/DPers?

I know exactly what you mean. You know you can't understand something, but you can't quite put a finger on what you can't understand.

But it's getting better with occasional set backs which is expected.

Keep yourself distracted.

If life is a pie..hmm i basicly know everything i need to know about it,al the ingrediens,proportions,baking time etc and yet when im trying to take a bite it kinda taste like sand or grass or somethnig its like my mind cant/wont digest it..does it mean that imma poor baker?
