'when you recover you realise what a waste of energy it is'

so so true ...but if only we knew we would recover....but how many tell youselves each day

'this is a waste of energy'

but we still do it...somtimes when im internalizing i feel like smacking my head against the wall because no matter how much i tell myself that its a waste of energy i still feel 'strange'

i definetly get frustrated with being introverted. this makes things double negative, i am angry for being sad. or i am scared fir being so cloudy.

I have no idea what you are saying, Martin. I am an introvert and I tend to be introspective. I have no idea how these traits could be mutually exclusive.
