I was just wondering if anyone took Xanax before smoking weed, and did not get dp again. I had it for like 2 months, that was like 5 months ago and I recovered 100%. I like smoking weed because it's a social thing, and I just want to do it once a while. I only had one bad trip, which led to my DP.

never tried it, it may help against anxiety yes, but wouldn't try to overdo it.
