my Mum had panic disorder.
i have DP disorder, which is a result of underlying social phobia, panic disorder, GAD (generalised anxiety disorder), OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder), urgency addiction (a form of OCD), general paranoia.
I think the term used by some psychs is a "cluster" of disorders.
I believe thats' why DP disorder doesn't get classified in most literature. For me, it's a culmination of multiple disorders or "The Mother Of All Disorders"
What I'm still not sure of is if these disorders resulted from my experiences with dp/dr or the other way around - or a bit of both.
THERE ARE ALL SORTS OF NAMES GIVEN, BASICALLY I KNOW I HAD A NERVOUS BREAKDOWN, BUT NOWADAYS ITS ALL GIVEN FANCEY NAMES SO I HAVE ANXIETY, DEPRESSION AND PANIC DISORDER AND I HAVE ALSO SUFFERED WITH OCD IN THE PAST. I THINK THERE IS A DISSOCIATE DISORDER THOUGH
