'suffocation'
here we go again another obsessive thought to add to my list,but what happened to all the other obsessive thoughts that used to cause me distress ?
sometimes im just so tired of this....im just getting over the(thought of) panic attacks and now im convinced when im out cycling etc that im going to suffocate
