Hey! Keep in mind that the effects of anesthesia can vary from person to person. While some people may experience feelings of euphoria, others may feel groggy, or confused. The medications that you've been prescribed are both used to relax before and after surgery. They can help to reduce anxiety and promote sleepiness. Don't panic and remember you'll be under the care of medical professionals. They'll ensure you're safe and comfortable. It's also important to follow the instructions of your oral surgeon and anesthesiologist. Btw, if you have some other concerns, don't hesitate to discuss with them. I always do this when I go to my doctors to change my aligners. All patients should understand what they're going through.
