I'm not a doctor, but I do know that living with a disease can have psychological repercussions on one's mind and cause anxiety and depression which in turn could lead to the development of DP/DR. Do you know when she found out she had Thalassemia?

I think when she was young, and the link that i have just shared, might be the possiblities that caused her to be like this. but right now she is having temporary break with me, she lost the feeling to me and wanna be friend with me back until recently i called her up but she didn answer and text me, i asked her how is progress, she said that she is fine and alright, don't have to worry about me, she is doing real good and no more feeling heart pain, thanks for my concern and my offering help, but she seriously don't need any because none of you guys can help. As a friend, she hope that i can let go. She said, those kind of feelings are almost gone and feeling so much of relief right now, and just want to remain like this.
