why don't I feel spaced out?

Dp/dr has so many symptoms and not everyone gets them all. I believe I had most of them except the eye floaters people always seem complain about. Or maybe you just don't have Dp.

My problems are nearly all existential. I did have the foggy head and visual problems more years ago, just evolved.
