Why do I see so good?

Hey...
Since the last week, my visual acuity has improved very much.... Especially on things that are very very close to me... This scares me a lot...because before I saw things normally or worser (with DP/DR)... I see literally every microparticle...it's so scary... Can anyone relate? Is it normal with DP/DR that you suddely see so good? I'm also very scared that this is a sign of psychosis? please help me thx :)

Don't think its psychosis. Mine went from hazy ish to super clear, I can see everything clearly but its like I can't connect to anything. No concept of concentration,it's weird.
