How long did yours last? My dp and dr is basically over except for bearable fogs but I still have questions humans Just shouldn't even pay attention to. They aren't even normal dp questions. Just weird stuff. What I don't get is why they are still here but my dp and dr is gone. Did they remain for you after awhile too? Please -- answer!

of course they will stay for a moment, thoughts like am i dreaming?, that is not real, is everything real and so on, they will go on their own.

DR/DP leaves scars ,one of the most profound of them is having existential thoughts in your mind all the time.

I think many people have actually recovered from DR but the ongoing existential thoughts make them believe they still have DR/DP and thats why they feel like it will never go away.
