I have been doing much better and dont ''zone out' so much anymore. When I start to get tired, like after a long day I get that old dream dejavu feeling again, fear and all. Like last night I was getting my child ready for bed and it was like for split seconds at a time I was and I wasnt here. I used to get that feeling all day long when it was at its worst but this is just as scary. Is anyone else that is ''semi- recovered'' the same when its been a long day? I dont get it 24-7 anymore but I do get it on occasion and just wondering if it will every TRULY go away!
Also, I am doing this with no medication what so ever and its been tough but I dont want it to stay like this either I want to be normal again!

Fatigue is a huge trigger of DPDR or any anxiety related problem.

Mine is strictly brought on by fatigue, I get it almost only in the afternoon around 3 pm, where usual humans start having their afternoon down.

You need to find a lifestyle or routine that will keep you energised all day long.
Having good eating habits and sleep could help you alot.
You're on the right path for healing it seems, where I was 2 years ago but I got sick and (Influenza) and everything got worst.
