Any experience with depersonalization & dealing with numb emotions/feelings? Im currently going through this right now after drinking too much alcohol on Christmas night 3 weeks ago & I feel like I’ve lost hope already.
If acute DP wont go away on its own, its because you still feel anxious/stressed about something. I think it often correlates to your life circumstances. Were you already feeling bad or depressed before this? Did you stop doing things you usually did before? You should try and continue living life like usual despite these sensations, just like as if you didn’t have it. If you are not satisfied with your life, you should try and improve on it.
