hell yes. I get flashing images of unfamiliar places and meaningless words run through my mind...it's like you're not in control of your thoughts. It happens when I'm awake too, but it doesn't bother me too much.
When Sleeping....
I used to, until I just learned to let my mind go blank after turning off the light and laying my head down.
Also, I only find myself yawning if something awakens me prematurely.
