Dose anyone else feel confused all the time, like you don't understand what your feeling? You can't put it into words? And all you know is it's painfull and scary? And there's no other way to exsplane it or her then it feels like your in a bad trip or lost or waters down. And when you do fill a filling to recognize it's very faint?

Yup. This is one of the classic symptoms of DP, and the confusion over what you’re feeling is why DP is such a hard thing to get a proper diagnosis for. I remember when I first went to the doctor after a week of panic attacks and was sure he was going to tell me I have a brain tumor. I was extremely anxious, to the point where I was shivering and sweating, but it was like someone else was feeling the anxiety for me and I was sort of just there. This does get better though, and moments where I have emotions are less fleeting and seem more real. Keep in mind if you’re taking an antidepressant/anti anxiety medication like Lexapro, this will numb your emotions as well.

Yes I'm sure I feel that way myself. Recently I've been feeling like I've lost control over my life.

I often wonder how wonderful it would be to liberate myself from all of this. Just to be free.
