Hello everyone, I'm new here.. ive had dpdr for about 7 months (after a panic attack )and feeling like I'm almost recovered... My derealization is almost gone but my DP hits hard time for time .. ive helped my self through this shit for 7 months now.. but i kinda feel stuck .. when my dpdr started i contacted a psychiatrist and explained my symptoms but they didn't know what it is.. I've also contacted my therapist, and he also didnt know what it is .. who shall i seek for doctor/ medical treatment? I feel i can't help myself any further from here .. let's say I'm 80% recovered but i need help for the last 20% what do I do ?

Why get help? What in actuality will any professional have to offer besides putting more thoughts into your head? No one can give you the book of you, which is what you need. I don’t want to sound cliche or irrational, but it’s the truth. Don’t prolong your recovery just for a peer review.
