I keep having anxiety attacks come over, me, I won't feel so bad, then suddenly I feel awful and feel really sick and anxious and nervous, then it subsides until the next one??? I don't really feel DP'd is this some sort of depression??

If you have anxiety (fear, panic), that is called "anxiety."

If you have feelings of hopelessness, that is called "depression."

You must find a person with whom you can talk about your inner life, someone who will help you accept and express your feelings.

You set yourself up for unending frustration if you expect that you will feel today exactly the same way you felt six months ago. You are constantly changing -- body and mind. Settle for good today, and if you don't feel good, get help in finding out what is bothering you.

Something is obviously bothering you and causing you to feel this way; if you aren't consciously aware of what that something is, you must get into therapy and find out.
