You take it one day at a time, take some deep breaths, and even if you have to go through the motions, fake it till you make it. Keep pushing forward and convince yourself that this DP is not going to run your life. This is what helps me at least, some days are good, some days are bad but i keep pushing forward because i refuse to let this defeat me. Take it one minute at a time. There is no real danger, i keep reminding myself this. Good luck and take care of yourself.

If you're afraid to do something, do it especially slow. Even if it's uncomfortable. That's the point, to show yourself that if you keep doing these things there is no danger to be afraid of. That's what works for me.
