It's Monday morning and I feel spacey with that familiar feeling that I'm circling in a useless way; not connecting. But I'm trying this new process of not getting anxious about my being spacey. I want to focus, as much as I am able to, on what I can do right.
Yesterday I was playing tennis and I tried to think of the game instead of how I was far away from it. I started to trust more that I could care about the game and that I needed to get into the game in order to win. I didn't win but it was close.
I'm going to work tomorrow, let me see how that goes.
