My question for you guys... what do (or did) you do to make your dpdr less?

Mindfullness?
Take medicin?
Therapy?

Im so curious!

It seems that different things help different people, but to tell you the truth, I really don't know...The only reasonable way to deal with it, at least that's how I see it, is to keep your life as structured as possible, so as not to aggravate the condition even more.
