Feel like im on a drug that doesnt ware off.bad head pressure,feeling like im falling when sitting down,fatigue,anxiety.keeping busy in work takes away most of them except the head pressure.artificial lights seem to flash
What are your physical symptoms?
I find the physical symptoms of my derealisation to be just as cripppling as the mental ones sometimes. Anyone else agree?
