I want your opinions on your experiences... have you feelt better with 10 hours instead of maybe 6 hours?

do not say the usual "eat healthy, sleep good" say what you really have experienced with sleep.. does more sleep concretely effect it all for you?

I average 8 hours a night since I quit drinking. It's really been helping me quite a bit. I'm able to maintain a pretty stable routine as well, and now I avoid those really intense DP episodes when you're sleep deprived.

I am fully recovered. From my experience sleep didn't make much of an impact on my day-to-day DP/DR, I slept a solid 8 hours a night except in the first couple of months when panic attacks frequently disrupted sleep.

The nicest thing about sleep was that in those first couple of waking seconds I'd sometimes not be thinking about DP/DR.

The closest feeling I get nowadays to DP/DR is if I've been awake for 20+ hours. So, for some, I could see sleep deprivation worsening their condition.

Sleeping too much or too little will make you feel spaced out dp'd or not dp'd, we just attribute it to being 'more' dp'd.

Whenever my mates sleep too much they always say 'man, I feel stoned as, feels like I'm floating', where I'm freaking out in my head saying 'Fuck I'm so dp'd haaaaaaaalp!'.
