I’m exactly the same as you (glad to hear I’m not alone). I was taking the train yesterday and started to have that tought that seeing is not normal… (already happened in the past) and then I’m suuuuper anxious about it as I know it’s normal to see through my eyes etc..
so anyway just tried to close my eyes for a bit and then started to tell myself whatever if this thought is here it’s fine, and i tried to not let the anxiety grow too much! It went away after a while!
