Not sure if anyone can help with this. Usually when I'm more tired (bc my body wakes me up earlier than my alarm / I don't get into deep sleep) I get symptoms like food cravings (but no idea what will satisfy it), feeling sick and hungry in the morning, more thirsty, I feel tired most of the day but then after 9pm I peak at feeling exhausted I then don't feel tired for ages so struggle to get to sleep. Idk if it's some physical thing to do with hormones or chemicals or whatever?

My dp tends to get worse when I have these symptoms not sure about you? It's hard to say what causes what though, it may be the bad sleep causing these symptoms, something completely unrelated to dp or something causing everything?

For me those symptoms started a year or so after dp started, also people suggest to get enough sleep to easy up dp, but its pretty hard to do that with those symptoms. Also i just got melatonin pills so i am gonna try them on my holidays maybe it will help.
