Only seen the thumbnails and haven't had time to watch them yet but definitely will. I agree with the jist of it though. I have tried to change my experience continuously for the whole time I have had dp. Now I'm trying to take everything as an object in the mind; thoughts, feelings, sensations, sounds, sight. I look directly at what is here and don't change it. I don't change my attention amd zoom into the object or try to turn away. I let go of control of my attention and don't change a thing.. early days, will update on any improvements

Thank you for sharing these videos ???? I thought they were a great perception on what's going on inside. I like listening to them while doing other tasks around the house. I feel like they are a lot less anxiety-provoking than the other s*** I see on this site.
