This has been the worst week. I just dont feel like i have control over my thoughts or body. I feel so spaced out all the time which makes me panic even more. Anyone who experienced this, are the symptoms just intense because my anxiety and depression are high? Will I be able to regain my thoughts? Im just worried about starting graduate school in 6 months which makes me panic even more!

Ps. all this was brought on by a bad high from a weed pen a week ago:/

I had all the worst symptoms for 2 months, but i got 80% better in just 2 weeks. Take vitamins + minerals and workout every day, go lift weights, running outside on fresh air, pushups wherever u can (deep breathing always) it will greatly reduce ur symptoms in just few days. You must activate your brain
