This has been the worst week. I just dont feel like i have control over my thoughts or body. I feel so spaced out all the time which makes me panic even more. Anyone who experienced this, are the symptoms just intense because my anxiety and depression are high? Will I be able to regain my thoughts? Im just worried about starting graduate school in 6 months which makes me panic even more!
