As you know there is more anxiety when you wake up. I wanted to know of this could be the cause im waking up with more dpdr, foggy vision, floaters, and stuff. The Vision thingies go away after a min but i wondered if somebody experiences this too?

When my DP was at its worst, waking up was torturous. I would feel 100% normal and DP-free for 2 seconds, and my mind/brain couldn't handle it and the DP and anxiety would flood my body in an instant.

I would have preferred to just wake up with the DP immediately.

Honest to God, I think my DP was my mind's coping mechanism for the psychotic meltdown I had one day while high on marijuana.

I have since recovered, but it was a long, gradual, painful recovery.
