Okay so this is something I have actually since forever, but ecspecially now with DP/DR... Whenever I'm stressed, anxious or a lot of things happend, there voices in my head (most of them from family, friends - mostly they say things those persons said that day) It's hard to shut them up... Most time they're here in the evening or night.
Now I overthought this and I'm rlly scared what that is... a racing mind or early signs of schizophrenia?? help.

This happens to me but only when I close my eyes to go to sleep. Every single night when I lay down and close my eyes I hear voices that I heard that day and my brain recalls things that people said.

Yeah Brain chatter is what you seem to describe...

Hearing voices is very different thing, I was on a huge amount of a tablet once to try and sleep and heard acoustic guitar every time that wasn't there, that's a proper auditory hallucination.

I'd say most people have this, hence why most people can't do something intense at night and then sleep.. or sleep with music/podcast on. I don't often say it, but mindfulness would be great for you IF this is just brain chatter. Search "Body Scan Meditation"

Weirdly I had this during a trip on weed and laughing gas and kind of went through this portal and heard all the things that were said that day. It ended at the first thing that was said that day. Really strange but only had it on drugs. Try to notice if this experience is worsened by anxiety/stress. If it is then try to tackle that

My advice is to first work out if your having hallucinations or not. You can tell if it is a hallucination if it sounds like the sound is coming from your surroundings rather than your head. It can sound like a real noise. I have hallucinated my mother calling my name from accross the room and ask her what only to find she never said anything. Ive even heard just strange repetitive noises but i only get these when very tired and very stressed. Sometimes, you can hear very loud noises, voices, or music in your head and these are normal, though it can be pretty distressing if its constant and/or new to you. But if these sounds sound more like its outside, like its next to you, behind you or from a different room, then its something you may want to speak to a doctor about. But keep in mind that even a perfectly mentally healthy individual can have hallucinations when under extreme stress or for other reasons and doesnt mean the person is developing anything like schizophrenia so try not to panic.

Someone recently suggestly a phenomenon to me known as hypnogogia that happens when an individual is tired or exhausted, espessially if someone sleep deprived and you said the sounds are things people have said earlier in the day and it could hypnogic hallucinations.
