I don't know if I'm the only with this problem. Lately, I've tried multivitamins, ginkgo biloba for brain fog and also l tyrosine for motivation (not all at once). All of them esp the latter two made my dp/dr much worse. Felt even more cloudy and extremely numb (body and emotions). After about a week, I stopped them.Of all substances I've tried, only Lamotrigine was good even for a bit. don't know why is lamictal the only good one??! I also found out that the bad effects doesn't really go away. I'm fed up of this shit.
