For me, my DR is purely perceptual. The world around me seems different, but I still feel real and I know who I am.

The world arounds me seems much, much brigther and almost 2 dimensionall. I feel like i'm tripping on psychedelics and I also feel dizzy and faint.

Has anyone else have DR without DP?

Absolutely, my symptoms are maybe not exactly the same (no dizzy and feeling like I am going to faint, and I don't feel like the world is much brighter) but they still belong to DR, and I have had only few times with DP symptoms lately. My "normal state" is with DR symptoms.

I don’t experience mr DR the way you do, but i have read that problems with your eye can definitely manifest itself the way you’re describing. (I won’t speculate too much but it can be mild/temporary and you don’t mention pain. I’ve also been seeing an increase in covid-related ocular issues, so it could also be viral.)
