I'm on track to become an anxiety counselor - though full disclaimer I am not one yet.
I recovered from DP/DR after a 2 year bout which was the catalyst for my career change. I made a video about my own experience, also includes some helpful tips (that I worked for me) in the last minute of the video. I'm just re-posting in case anyone has any questions they'd like to see answered in a Q&A video I'm getting close to finishing. Link below.

This is great man. A lot of ppl will be very appreciative of any help you are able to give. My heart goes out to everyone dealing with dp/dr, ocd thoughts, be it existential, intrusive bad thoughts etc. the depression that follows everyone dealing with this. It’s hard to beat the brain and come out of this. Anxiety fuels it and sometimes the thoughts can be so deep it feels hard to distinguish the false from true. A lot of ppl would benefit if you can clear up some things dealing with existential thinking. I have read soooo many posts and tried helping some on here who deal with that part. It’s a tough one. Let everyone know when your video is ready I’m sure they will love it!
