Having a cold while you have DP is the weirdest thing ever, during the summer as well. Like, I'm spaced out because of the DP, my brain is mush (yes mushier than just with the DP), I can't breath the greatest because of my throat infection, and also I'm hot because of the cold and even hotter because of summer.

I'm literally a mess.

Lately though my DP has been getting a little better, I'm happy that I'm making some progress.

Currently I'm working on a big thread with all of the advice I have on DP. Probably will post it tomorrow!
