ok, the depersonalization is getting more noticable and more frequent, right now, i dont kno wherere to get help. i tried the ciris line, they just made me more upset crap about insurance and how busy they were.... i dont know where to go

Do you have insurance? The best thing to do is to try and find a psychiatrist or psychologist in your area. It may be hard to get in at first, but keep trying. Also, you could go see your regular doctor and he may be able to refer you.
