To me, I think I've made my DR worse by watching too much TV and being on the computer too much. It seems like everything should be almost 2D since that's the way it is on TV and the computer. It makes me feel sort of funny while being outside because of how "interactive" everything is. Can anyone else relate to this? I think I might try going without either, or at least use them a minimal amount, for a week or so. Maybe that way I can feel more real.

Being outside on a sunny day when your supposed to feel happy and care free is completely unsettling for me. I find that I have a harder time staying connected then when I do when I am inside watching TV or on the computer. Just thought that I would share.

i find it the same. Being outside can make things too, for a better word, wobbly and a disoriented.

Whoa, that's so obvious and yet I hadn't thought of it.

Maybe IT isn't the job sector for me. We'll see how things go on my two week holiday in August.
