i find it hard to like feel and touch things, neone else find like you can't feel things and can't like feel your body like if u touch it it feels weird like not yours? my hands don't seem like their mine, and just typing this it feels like my fingers aren't touching the keys, but they are.

this happens to me too.My dp/dr is very sensory,all of my senses are distorted and not functioning correctly.
I find it horrid and frightening not to be able to feel the world around me.
When somebody hugs me it can be so odd I recoil in horror,it's like hugging a ghost.I'm not always a fun person to greet

i went thought a phase of picking objects up and touching them but there was no connection to the object been there or my hands been real or mine......its weird what the mind can do
