This is controversial topic.

When I was in clinical psycho-therapy the only thing the psychiatrists/psychologists/psychotherapists actually were trying to do was to put me in positions where I would express my feelings; ie tell and do things I myself wanted to say - to act spontaneously.

So, no rationalizing, no hypothesizing, no causal reasoning...

It was the beginning of the way back to normal live to me - although it was very hard.

My hypothesis is that we are very, very nice here on the board. We try to understand the others position and by that we feed the analyzing part of many of us here...

Instead we should focus on real life examples and say: hey - no bullshit, no moaning...
