Oh man I know what you mean. I used to be super exhausted all the time, like I could not stay awake. Even after a full night's sleep. Now after a year of this, I find the tiredness has become a bit more manageable. I still feel tired, but I guess I'm used to it. I find getting an 8-9 hour sleep is perfect for me so that I don't feel so tired. Also getting to bed at a decent time, I usually go to bed around 11 pm. Also drinking lots of water, eating healthy, and exercising helps!
