·Are you tired of checking your sensations? Always checking of you feel worse when you opened that door because when you open this door since many years you feel more wired? Or when you go outside, always checking if the sky seem more real, less real? And if you do an action, immeidately after, checking if you remember well the action, and if it's worse, and you lost your memory? When you wake up, always knowing that once up and not in the bed, when you will go into the kitchen for breakfast, you will feel less there than the other time, not yourself? And you will be MORE scared of staying like that? And your boyfriend or girlfriend will talk to you and you won't answer, because you don't like to ear your voice in this moment?
For me, it's a constant struggle to reverse those patterns, and I have many moments where I KNOW DR/DR is hard, and I still am terrified, and still cry. Like a pattern. Like when I dry my hair, when I plug the dryer (!), I look at the ceiling, and feel weird, DP/DR, EACH day. Stupid hun? It's annoying, I have many moments like that.
How to get rid of this OCD? Is it OCD?
