As if feeling like my eyes arnt my own and not being able to concentrate wasn’t enough. my eyes are also sooo tired, all the time I feel like Iv stayed up for days even just after waking up. How am I suppose to go do stuff and live life like this ? I mean not feeling like I’m living my life is already hard enough.

I've had this for a while but it ended up going away I thought I always needed some sleep which I did get, You should try sleeping becuase they didnt feel as heavy or tired. But yeah that seems like a sympton everyone faces and I still do to be honest, sleeping still helps though so you should try that. Im sure it will feel manageable later. How long have you had DP, and when did these tired eyes come.

I think you need to sleep more if you can...Sounds so stupidly obvious but I get the tired eyes alot myself...... but only when I dont get to bed early and wake up when my mind and body decide its time to wake up....Not by an alarm at 5am...

I understand people have school and college and work to get to each day but honestly as DP sufferers I believe we all need extra rest...Not just this mythical 8 hours...We actually need more....So if you have to get up early go to bed earlier...

I find once I get about 10 to 12 hours sleep each night the tired eyes thing is not a problem and also my DP is much less prominent the next day...
