after 6 years of this condition i seem to have woken up yesterday and developed tinnitus along with my dp/dr. literally out of nowhere i get hit with this shit. is this actually a symptom of DP/DR or what. the suffering continues i guess

Could be many things, I have had Tinnitus on and off. Neck tension,stress. And medications give all Tinnitus

Weren't you just abruptly taken off Diazepam? Tinnitus is a common symptom of benzo withdrawal.
