So I've pretty much come up with that it's normal to feel like the past doesnt exist with dp/dr.

My dp/dr is a product of my anxiety disorder.. I've had these sensations of unreality for 4 months (Yes, I'm a newbie).

I've noticed that the concepts of the past and the future are scary to me. It just feels like every slipping moment is becoming the past and I'm not actually living. I feel no connection to the past, present, or future whatsoever.

I also have lots of existential and philosophical thoughts which scare me. (I won't list them so you won't begin to Fear them as well lol)

Will these weird timely sensations/fears and existential and philosophical thoughts/fears go once my dp/dr goes as I treat my anxiety??

Thank you for your time & replies.

I deeply feel for you and I highly relate, but the reason why you still have this disorder, is because you keep thinking about your condition and it goes something like this you think about it, become more anxious about it, it triggers itself. This is a cycle you have to break, and you break this cycle through mindfulness mediation. I recommend you delve into this and if this type of mediation and if done correctly with patience, commitment, discipline and strength of mind you will recover with time. The more you crave freedom, the faster you recover. Best wishes.
