I have lost touch with all aspects of reality, I started smoking cigarettes and cutting myself. Even the act of cutting myself does not feel real until I see blood. I am indulging in outbursts rapidly calling for the ambulance then running away from the hospital I’m like a dog that does not know where to go with all these fireworks.

I am afraid of reality, hospitals, picking up the phone and dialing for emergency has become fake to me.

what do I do now? my next line is I’m going to lose my mind and outburst into killing myself without realising.

I had severe ocd for over a decade...anxiety and panic...self harm....it is normal unfortunately...grounding is essential...you must jog the system to bring yourself back..the nervous system gets out of control...use a bucket of ice or cold shower to challenge your thoughts. There are obviously too many variables health wise that can be the cause of your system going haywire but the fact is the world today has caused widespread panic an chronic stress. Be vigilant ...have your doctor run panels to rule out issues. My personal struggle with all this led me to a new doc that found out I have liver issues and lyme disease but to each his own. Keep your head up, push forward and trust your gut with finding answers.
