Hey, when I first went in to DP I stayed with my gma for two weeks... and was a mess coming home. Anyway all winter I blocked out tons of feelings but never got normal. Recently I've been pretty bad again, anyway tomorrow I am going to my gmas... I am scared I will be triggered
