There is barely knowledge of this condition - literally every therapist considers it to be psychotic

I feel left alone, whenever I tell them my previous story with DPDR they want to hospitalize me because I sound delusional.

Dp is similar to psychosis in alot of ways. However there definitely are therapists that would be able to distinguish between the two. Ive found some who knew what dp was.
The difference is that with dp your reality is distorted instead of full loss of contact with it. So instead of perceptual disturbances or illusions, its full blown hallucinations. If you arent having hallucinations or extremely strange thoughts (not just existential) then dont worry.
