There is barely knowledge of this condition - literally every therapist considers it to be psychotic

I feel left alone, whenever I tell them my previous story with DPDR they want to hospitalize me because I sound delusional.

I wish they had hospitalized me at age 17, after I reported to the Emergency Room in a state of terror after smoking cannabis. They might have discovered I was

having an epileptic seizure. It took me 40 years before I solved the riddle of my depressions and dp/dr, and ordered EEGs which verified that my temporal lobe

showed significant pathology. Being hospitalized because you pose a threat to yourself or others is not productive, if you really pose no threat.

Being hospitalized for diagnostic purposes can save you a lot of years of suffering needlessly, if it yields a proper diagnosis and treatment.
