Went to see a therapist today and told her how I felt ( vision, not feeling present, tired eyes and heavy tight head) and I told her I think it’s derealization and that Iv had it two times before this. She told me she doesn’t think it’s derealization but anxiety.... isn’t dr from anxiety? She said that dr is more from trauma so now I’m confused what is wrong with me...

Yes, most of the times de-realization developes after some intense anxiety or past trauma, kinda like PTSD.

Write your symptoms and try to be detailed but not too lengthy either. lol

I want to get a feel of what you have before I lay my verdict on this, what I assume to be, half-brained therapist.

I can see but I feel like there is something between me and the world, I don’t feel present. Constant tired heavy eyes, hard to concentrate. I’m obsessed with how I feel, just want to lay in bed all day and constantly look stuff up.
