Hi!
my name is Marco. I suffer from DDNOS and OCD.

I take these medications:
  • Escitalopram 20 mg in the morning
  • Lamotrigine 100 mg in the morning and 100 mg in the evening
  • Brexpiprazole 2 mg in the morning
  • Mianserin (the European “equivalent” of mirtazapine) 15 mg at bedtime

I have problems with my sleep. I have been having fastidious nightmares for 2 or more years. Now I don’t know how to do.

Could you help me?

Many thanks,
Marco

My sister was prescribed some Laroxyl for nightmares and she says it works like wonders. It's an anti-depressant, but when it is prescribed for nightmares it is prescribed at lower doses than as an anti-depressant.

Ok, thank you. Which dose of Laroxyl?
She takes around 8 drops every time. I searched a bit and this is what they typically advise to take for sleep problems.

Here in France I find that the only concentration available is 40 mg/ml when it's in the liquid form. So it has to be that.
