i’ve had bad health anxiety my whole life and it’s only been physical symptoms like my heart or something but now it’s like i’m worrying about my mental health constantly. i always ask my self when i do something if that is normal. i’ve been doung really good and no panic attacks not even anxious at all throughout the day i’m just in a calm depressed state with bad anxiety and everything feels so pointless. i just wanna know if this goes away?
