I used to get dr from thinking about the Internet, a sort of virtual agoraphobia. But maybe that was induced by the screen, rather than the thoughts? Hmmm...I haven't got that since I started using a laptop rather than a computer with a box monitor to connect. But then I am better than I was. Interesting.

And same with television. I thought it was just the subject matter/weird concept of tv. Which I still do get, did yesterday. Although I don't think I've ever got it watching Have I got News for you, or South Park, so it must be a combination of factors.

I have to spend a lot of time on front of a computer for my work. I definitely find that my DR is much worse at the end of the day when I walk outside into daylight. It amazes me really - I walk to the station in such a dream like state - even though terrifying it actually makes me laugh sometimes. There is me in my suit, looking all organised an business like and I am high as a kite - I sometimes imagine what would happen to the person next to me if they could suddenly experience this feeling - and then if they were told that many of us have it all the time!! :? We have to credit ourselves really :) .
