The last week has been on a low, but I wanted to take a moment to tell you how I'm getting through it. My own advice.
It's the smallest things that can put me back down, this time it was just a weird moment that made me feel dp again and then it stayed with me for a few days.
But I got through it! I just kept reminding myself that I'm just at a low and I will feel better as the feelings pass. It's crazy how you can go from feeling recovered to feeling dp in the blink of an eye. You just can't dwell on it, that's what keeps you in the cycle.
Live life as if you don't have dp, this is what keeps your mind occupied. If you engage in the world around you, you'll be less focused on yourself.
